Products

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colors, sizes, and design placement may vary slightly due to screen settings, printing processes, and garment variations.

Mockup Disclaimer

Product images are digital mockups intended for display purposes only. Design size, placement, and colors may vary slightly from the finished product. Artwork may appear larger or smaller in mockup images than on the actual garment.

Orders

Once an order is placed, processing begins promptly. Please review all order details carefully before completing your purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

Product availability
Pricing errors
Suspected fraud
Violation of our policies

Custom Orders

Custom and personalized products are made specifically for each customer.

Because custom items are uniquely created, they are generally not eligible for returns or exchanges unless:

The item arrives damaged.
The item contains a manufacturing defect.
We made an error in producing your order.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all custom text, spelling, and design information before submitting an order.

Shipping

Processing times and shipping estimates are provided at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Carrier delays
Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
